Our address is 568 Ruin Creek Road, Suite 127, Henderson, NC 27536. We are located on first floor in Jenkins Buildings on the Maria Parham Medical Center complex. If you are facing the front of hospital building, it will be the red brick building on your left next to the Maria Parham Medical Center Emergency Room.

Driving Directions:

From I-85 N:

• Take Exit 212
• Turn left on Ruin Creek Road
• Turn left on Charles Rollins Road at the second light
• Take first right on Charles Rollins Road
• Take second right and take another right immediately to pull in the parking lot in front of the red brick building.  Enter into the building from entrance from this parking lot. Elevators to the first floor are at this entrance.

From I-85 S:

• Take Exit 212
• Turn right on Ruin Creek Road, move into left most lane as soon as possible
• Turn left on Charles Rollins Road at the first light
• Take first right on Charles Rollins Road
• Take second right and take another right immediately to pull in the parking lot in front of the red brick building.  Enter into the building from entrance from this parking lot. Elevators to the first floor are at this entrance.

From US-1 N:

• Take US-1 Business Henderson Exit
• Turn left on US-1 Business East/Raleigh Road. Drive for about 2 miles.
• Turn left on Belmont Drive at traffic light. Drive for about 2.5 miles.
• Turn right on Tiny Broadwick Blvd. Drive for about 2 miles.
• Turn left on Charles Rollins Road
• Take first right on Charles Rollins Road
• Take second right and take another right immediately to pull in the parking lot in front of the red brick building.  Enter into the building from entrance from this parking lot. Elevators to the first floor are at this entrance.
